Brompton Bicycle launches Brompton Live In-Store Expert, a new personal shopping experience to bring the showroom experience to their online customers.

Introduction

Named by the Telegraph as “The mother of all folding bikes”, Brompton is a leading bike brand born in the city. The unique Brompton folding bike was designed and built in London in 1975 by Andrew Ritchie in his flat in South Kensington opposite the Brompton Oratory.
Still made in London today, Brompton makes over 45,000 bikes per year and is the UK’s largest bike manufacturer.

It's no secret that the UK has a thriving cycling industry, and with reduced transport services and social distancing restrictions continuing during the covid-19 pandemic, many more people are choosing to take their essential journeys and exercise by bike.

Brompton has been no stranger to this 'bicycle boom', and has partnered with Go Instore to ensure their online customers get the 5* showroom experience that they are renowned for, without having to leave the comfort of their own homes. Brompton Live In-Store Expert connects customers directly to Brompton's in store staff at one of their physical retail stores so that you don't have to move a muscle (just yet).
