Visitors to retail websites simply click on the “GoInStore” button from any product page, which launches the online video facility from which they are able to see ‘through the eyes’ of the assigned sales person’s SMART Glasses or Phone. By facilitating live, immersive one-way video streaming and two-way audio connection between website visitors and in-store staff, GoInStore is empowering retailers to deliver an entirely new way to shop online.

GoInStore enables you to connect your website visitor to your most valuable brand representatives, your in-store sales assistants. This unique service creates a connection that allows a two way conversation between a visitor on your website and your in-store personnel.

Additionally a visual in-store experience is created for your website visitor as they can see the products and your retail environment from the perspective of your sales personnel through a live video stream.

When your in-store sales assistants are available, they can log on to GoInStore, using the smart glasses provided, and can accept incoming calls from your website visitors. Once connected, the sales assistant is shown the website visitors browsing history, providing them with a better understanding of the visitors interests and product requirements.

If the website visitor would like to purchase any products shown to them by the sales assistant during the session the sales assistant can add these products to the website visitors shopping basket by scanning the barcodes of the relevant products in-store.
